In practice even therapists rarely use most of them and their selection can be complex and confusing, nonetheless in certain situations a few of these items offer great value. Basic SCENAR accessories
Pads and leads
These items are supplied with the Keep Health Basic SCENAR package. They enable longer treatments to take place without straining therapists or patients, especially when bending or stooping is involved. This is especially useful for self treatments or for treating awkward to reach areas such as backs. It also means you can read a book, relax and sit in a chair, or continue working while the treatment is taking place.
These items are not available for the more advanced devices (the details for those accessories follow below).

Basic SCENAR massage probes
These are especially useful for the neck and shoulder areas where stress accumulates, to unlock muscles and provide a cellular level massage. They are therefore very helpful for the treatment known as Little Wings which gently flexes and releases the neck and shoulder muscles… an unbelievable way to both stimulate the vagus nerve and nervous system, but also to relax and release tension.

Basic SCENAR Hair Probe
This is used to treat the scalp under hair or for people with particularly hairy arms or legs. In our experience it is also ideal for performing cosmetology with the basic Scenar. In practice this can very nicely replace a wide variety of remote electrodes for cosmetology, face probes and remote probes including acupoint probes. You just found an extremely versatile probe which effectively replaces €500 or more of plug-in accessories, and which does just as good a job if not better.

Shungite Mini-Spheres (12mm): ALL SCENAR, Cosmodic and ENS devices
Shungite Mini-Spheres with flexi-handles are a pair of remote electrodes for COSMODIC and ENS devices designed for multiple applications on small areas of the skin and mucous membranes. Mini-spheres are 12 mm in diameter and have flexible plastic handles that can be bent to the desired shape.

Shungite Semi-Spheres (35 mm)
These are the number one on our list for neck and shoulder massage, treating whiplash injuries, applying the Little Wings technique (which stimulates the vagus nerve, and the nervous system, and provides a cellular level massage to release stress and tension quickly). They can also be used on other areas of the body as required.

Small Plates are a pair of electrodes for our most advanced ENS, Cosmodic and Slider devices designed for a number of applications – the primary focus is for prolonged treatment of large body areas, cosmetology, muscle stimulation, and the spine. Remote SKI Electrodes
SKI electrodes are therapeutic remote attachments for ENS, Cosmodic and Slider devices. They are designed for treatment of small and difficult to reach areas, for cosmetology applications, for treatment of children, for self treatment, for treating patients, and for veterinary applications.
